Who is selling

Velsa, with email vivefuerte.84@gmail.com. These conditions regulate purchases made at velsa.online.

How to buy

Choose the product, add it to your cart, and complete the shipping and payment details. Before confirming, you will see the breakdown with the total. When the order is confirmed, you receive an email; that email is the confirmation of the contract.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros with VAT included. Shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum amount.

Payment methods

Payment methods displayed on the checkout screen are accepted. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.

Availability

If a product sells out after your purchase, we will notify you and refund the full amount without the need for you to request it.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the time you receive the order to withdraw without providing an explanation, as required by law. Additionally, by our own decision, we give you 90 days to return it. You can find the details in the refund policy.

Warranty

Products have the legal warranty of conformity of three years from delivery. If what you receive does not match what was advertised or is defective, write to us and we will repair it, replace it, or refund your money.

Complaints

Write to us first at vivefuerte.84@gmail.com: usually, we can resolve it there. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
