Who processes your data

What data we collect and why
- To process your order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details. Without them, we cannot send you anything.
- To respond to you: whatever you tell us via email or through the contact form.
- To send you updates: your email, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
- For the store to function and to measure how it is used: browsing data via cookies. You can find details in the cookie policy.
On what legal basis
Purchases and their management are based on contract execution. The newsletter and non-essential cookies are based on your consent. Retaining invoices is a legal obligation.
Who else sees your data
Only those necessary for the order to arrive: the platform hosting the store (Shopify), the payment gateway, the shipping company, and, where applicable, our accounting firm and the tax authorities. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep your data
Purchase data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, or port your data elsewhere. Write to us at vivefuerte.84@gmail.com stating what you need, and we will respond. If you believe we have not handled it correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
