Shipping policy

How long it takes

We prepare orders in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes between 7 and 12 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. During the Christmas season and due to customs procedures, it may take a few days longer.

How much it costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase amount. There are no surprises at checkout: what you see in your cart is what you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With it, you can check its status at any time from the order tracking page.

Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the European Union. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient of the package.

If something goes wrong

If the delivery timeframes have passed and your order has not arrived, write to us at vivefuerte.84@gmail.com with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and keep you updated.
