Where is my order?

Look it up with your order number and email, or with the tracking number from the shipping email.

    Where is my order

    When the package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link. That link is the fastest way to know where it is.

    I can't find the email

    • Check your spam folder or the promotions tab: that's where it usually ends up.
    • Check that the address you provided at checkout doesn't have a typo.
    • If you just ordered it, give it a couple of days: the number doesn't exist until the package is picked up.

    The tracking isn't updating

    It is normal for the status to stay the same for a few days, especially while the package is going through customs. If it hasn't moved in more than a week, write to us and we will file a claim.
