Refund policy
90 days to decide
The law gives you 14 days to return a purchase without providing an explanation. We give you 90 days from the moment you receive your order, because some things can only be judged through use.
How to return
- Write to us at vivefuerte.84@gmail.com with your order number and what you wish to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send it using any packaging you can, making sure it is protected. Keep your proof of shipment.
Condition
The product must be returned complete and in a condition that allows it to be resold. You may have opened it and tried it out—that is perfectly normal—but you cannot use it for weeks and then return it.
Who pays for return shipping
- If the product arrived damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered: we will pay for it. You do not need to pay anything upfront.
- If you have simply changed your mind: you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
When you get your money back
As soon as we receive the return and verify its condition, we will process the refund using the same method you used for payment. It usually takes between 3 and 10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If it arrives broken
Take a photo and send it to us via email. You do not need to return it for us to respond: the photo is usually enough for us to send you a replacement or refund your money.
